  • Lemons
  • Honey
  • Powdered Ginger
  • Powdered Garlic
  • Water

Lemon and ACV

  • Add 2 tablespoon of ACV to a glass of warm water.
  • Then you’re going to add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Mix and drink.

Honey and ACV

  • Add 2 tablespoon of ACV to a glass of warm water.
