Mix 1/2 teaspoon of activated charcoal powder, 1 teaspoon of green clay, and 1/2 teaspoon of warm water together. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Apply the mask to your face with a sponge or brush. Let the mask sit for a few minutes until it dries completely, then rinse off well with cold water.
If you do this procedure once or twice a week it should be enough to enjoy clean pores most of the time.
Coconut oil + coffee grounds
Combine 1/2 cup of coconut oil (put it into the microwave to warm up slightly first) with 1/2 cup of fresh coffee grounds. Use some of the mixture immediately, and gently massage your face with circular motions. After scrubbing, leave the mixture on your face for 5 minutes, then use cold water to wash it off thoroughly. Repeat the procedure once a week.
Divide the remaining mixture into muffin tins or ice cube trays and put into a freezer.
Oatmeal + honey + yogurt + olive oil
Place 1/4 cup of oatmeal, 2 teaspoons of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of honey, and 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a food processor, and blend until well combined. Apply the mixture to your clean face, scrubbing in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. Then wash off with warm water. If you have extremely sensitive skin that seems to be irritated by scrubbing, don’t scrub! Just use the mixture as a facial mask, and leave it on your skin for about 5-7 minutes.
Use this trick once or twice a week.
Sugar + honey + olive oil + vanilla extract
Combine 1/4 cup of white sugar with 1/4 cup of brown sugar in a bowl and mix. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and stir well. Then mix in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir all the ingredients well until smooth, and use this mixture to scrub any problem areas. Rinse off with warm water.
Use this remedy once a week. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature.
