Directions:
Add the crushed ginger to the water and boil it for 10 minutes. Then, leave it to cool. Next, blend the lemon juice, gelatine, almonds, pineapple juice, honey, and cinnamon well, and then add the boiled ginger water to this mixture. Blend once more.
Use:
Consume this smoothie on a daily basis to soothe the pain in the joints. You can also drink it as a cold drink if you add ice cubes to it.
